An NBC affiliate in Richmond reports that the vehicle – which was also carrying audio equipment, presidential seals and a podium – was recovered later the same day at a different hotel parking lot, although it is not clear whether all of the van’s contents, valued at roughly $200,000, were also recovered

I am not a secret service agent or anything but maybe someone ought to keep a better eye on anything that is routinely close to the POTUS?

I'll have to study this situation before appointing a commission to recommend my comments to you."

What would you do with the podium? 

It reminds me of 'Coming to America' when all the royal luggage was stolen and everyone in the ghetto shows up the next day wearing robes and jewelry.
