We have local identification of this individual as Michael Stack of New Jersey.
Matching details to a Readington, NJ, 2008 mug shot connected a broken nose and two distinctive left-cheek moles. This is not someone disguised to look like Stack.

Occupy Wall Street personnel made the identification immediately. The response is that he had been at the Liberty Park site. Recognized. Didn't hurt for the identification that Stack is quite large and that the broken nose, hair, and his smirk stand out in a crowd.

1. Well don't that beat all!
I was assured by good DUers, complete with high post counts and stars by their handles, that prattle of agents provocateurs was just crazy talk, and the Occupy movement had to own the out-of-control folks along with the legitimate protesters.
I believe holding my breath, waiting for an apology/explanation is contraindicated.

are all different. There is little evidence that "black shirt guy" has a broken nose. Also, the "black shirt guy" has several more moles that are nowhere on the mug shot.
