So if Gay US Soldiers are in Uganda, will they be at risk of being put to death?

If there's only going to be 100, they're probably all special operators or their support troops, probably not any gay dudes.  But even if there were, the local losers would be well-advised to keep their little grubbies off of them unless they want to get terminated.  Even if one of them is a gay servicemember, he's OUR gay servicemember, and you mess with one you mess with all.

I've never been sure or not if the primitives understand that extra-judicial "executions" take place in much of the world outside English-speaking North America and western Europe, and they're especially common in places in Latin America, eastern Europe, Africa, Asia, that "ban" capital punishment.

Which of course makes a mockery of "official" death penalty statistics.
