No it wasn't porn... It was far, far worse than porn... it was

The 2000 Bush inauguration - I kid you not. We put that debacle on video. I was horrified but it brought back this memory - THERE WERE HUNDREDS OF PROTESTORS! Somehow I had forgotten this But free speech was not to be - they fenced off the protestors but all was not lost...they were throwing eggs! Egging the chimp. It was bee-u-tee-ful!

1. AND, they were right. I remember the Bush family trying to act like they didn't see them.
 If anyone came by in the parade where there was a really positive greeting, or if it was a Texas unit, they came to life and were happy. Otherwise, they stuck their elitist noses in the air and put a false smile on their faces.

Gosh, that seems so long ago.

You know, I would NEVER allow a child of mine to talk about the president that way. Even when Clinton was having his "issues" I felt it was important to teach respect for the office. But then I raised a US Marine and she's raising an angry, lazy pothead...or a drummer for Santana.

Being a drummer for a top rock group is very, very hard work.  I suspect the couch in the basement is already set for this kid when he reaches his 20s.

Well now, I remember watching the inaugural parade of January 20, 2001.

Of course, I couldn't hear the sounds, the comments.

It looked to me the protestors were generally chunky angry wire-rimmed eyeglassesed women, and the guys, from the city missions paid ten bucks a head or whatever to walk a few blocks.

As for George and Laura Bush, it's considered dignified to ignore taunts; to act as if such people really don't exist.  I'm sure that if such had happened to the Impeached One and Messalina Agrippina, or to Alphonse Capote Gore and the wife, the primitives would be talking about how dignified they were, in ignoring Hate.

Pretty sure it was the liberals that violated the First Amendment with their free speech zones around the abortion mills.

It must be a wonderful, albeit out of touch, life to forget history, facts, and truth and blame others for all the ills in the world.  These are the types of people that make great fascists, Stalinist communists, and cult members.

During the last presidential conventions wasn't it the dems that put their protesters in cages while during the republican convention they had little marches up and down the street? I don't really blame the dems, I'd be embarassed to have to admit the moonbats were on my side, too but the way they go on about this and never once mention it happening on their own side of the street gets to be a tad bit tiring.

I would never program a kid to hate groups of people based on something as ridiculous as political party - yet those "Tolerant" Democrats can't seem to get enough of hate in for Conservatives, or any Democrat that seems to get along with them.
