Just a thought.
Would a bank want to know if there any legal judgements against a person, that they must then address?
If, "yes", why would they want to have to deal with all the BS that goes with it?
Banks in Kansas, give her a mallet, cat and a bucket of sand. Some assembly required.
Then-Chief Justice John Marshall observed, “Between a balanced republic and a democracy, the difference is like that between order and chaos.”

John Adams warned in a letter, “Remember democracy never lasts long. It soon wastes, exhausts, and murders itself. There never was a democracy yet, that did not commit suicide.”

I've never heard of someone being refused a checking account. They may require that you deposit a few dollars to open, but that's it.

Me either  :mental:.  DUmmies can't figure out why they don't accept seashells, shekels or Clinton Three-Dollar bills.

Liberal thinking is a two-legged stool and magical thinking is one of the legs, the other is a combination of self-loating and misanthropy.  To understand it, you would have to be able to sit on that stool while juggling two elephants, an anvil and a fragmentation grenade, sans pin.
