That means he is a very devout Moose-Limb. Hey, you can't help but be brain damaged if you bump your head on the floor that much.

Yeah, Johnnyreb, they wear those bruises with pride.  Of course, you know they're banging their head either on the floor or a wall extra hard to make the bruise as awful as possible.
