Lots of ideas about this.

When a person dies they relinquish all they ever physically own. They now longer own their own body, others can dispose as they wish, not the wishes of the dead one unless they have an iron bond Will and that may not be found for weeks.    TOO LATE------On well they will never know.

Mention of the movie Weekend at Burnies-----Horrid, despicable, raunchier and all out sick movie ever made.      I have seen this 3 times and still get tears from laughing.

So can one steal from the dead?????    Ask a dead person if you may use their credit card, no responce to say no, no responce is in some cases used in courts  and a jury as a yes.

Slow day and I was feeling kinky, wanted to know others openion on this dark subject.

Short answer is nope! "Finder's keepers" doesn't count.

Property of the deceased goes to the heirs by will or blood. If intestate, then the state and/or creditors. 'Course Howard Hughes estate was a little more complicated....:D

We just had something like this in the news.  A guy and his girlfriend go to Walmart at 4:30am with a dead man's (dead since 2000) credit card.  They go straight to the electronics section and quickly rack up $4,000 worth of merchandise.  The transaction doesn't go through and the clerks call the police.  When the police arrive, the man pulls a gun on officers.  One officer is shot in the chest, but lives because of his bullet proof vest.  Another office was shot in the arm.  The guy with the gun is now dead.  And the company I work for has recovered their stolen Mercedes.

Well, Nadin, if you are smart, like L. Ron Hubbard, you would hide your gold accumulated over various lifetimes and then go and dig it all up when you are in the pocarnation to start your own fake religion.

What's yours is yours unless you choose to give it away. Unless it is a curse. Those are hard to give away.
