if you can't pay a $50 ticket then when you hit and cripple me i am also to be beggared because you sure as **** don't have insurance?

no if you can't afford a $20 driver's license fee you can't afford $200 in car insurance

if you don't have a driver's license TAKE THE CAR GET THEM OFF THE ROAD

anyone can have an accident and if you hurt someone else at a time when you don't even have $50 you have not helped yourself, for your life is already destroyed, you have also beggared another family and given the gift of poverty to someone else

**** that, if you have a conscience, how could you possibly do that?

i have been homeless

i have never driven a car drunk or without insurance, because i have a SOUL

this has nothing to do w. race or nationality but if you can't afford insurance they need to take your car and get you off the road because if you're driving without money and without insurance i don't care who you are because you have already made the decision that if you have an accident (which can happen to anyone driving a car) you don't care ****-all what happens to your victim

Bye-bye, pito.  Having a SOUL is against rule #134(b) at DU.

23. WTF? I am SO against this...

You've got to be kidding? Right?

So they get stopped...at a DUI point...SO THE F WHAT! No license...sorry dude...THAT IS AGAINST THE LAW!

This shit makes me so mad.

I am ALL in favor of getting things moving on immigration...you wanna live here...you become an American citizen.

We've coddled immigrants and let them run forever...time to clean this up.

You don't want to be an American and you can into the country illegally...get out. You want to be
an American...welcome aboard (when things get fixed and you can!)

Supporters say the bill, AB353, would impose a consistent policy statewide - some agencies confiscate unlicensed drivers' cars now, and some do not -while keeping DUI checkpoints from being turned into traps for otherwise law-abiding illegal immigrants who cannot obtain licenses.

the irony in that statement is so rich...

I'm kind of lost here and Nadin isn't around to use the Google for me.

Did some guy lose his license and car for not having car insurance?

no.  He didn't have a driver's license because he is an illegal alien.  He got popped at a DUI checkpoint for not having a license and lost his car because the cops impounded it.  Some pinhead California assemblyman named gil cedillo thinks it is unfair for the cops to impound cars of illegal aliens if the illegal alien doesn't have a license and is sponsoring legislation to prevent cops from impounding cars of illegals who's only offense (besides being here illegally) is not having a driver's license.

btw, this cedillo jack ass is the traitor who sponsored the California dream act bill that is sitting on governor moonbeams desk right now.  If signed into law, it will provide tax payer dollars for scholarships to illegal aliens living in California.

The illegal alien that wrecked me didn't have a license or insurance or a car.  He was driving someone else's car.  He was headed to work at the Golden Corral, and that's about the only English he could speak.

Bye-bye, pito.  Having a SOUL is against rule #134(b) at DU.

I think they've added an exception to that rule. It is now permissible to be a member of DU and have soul; however, the soul must be cold, dark, and full of hatred and wickedness.

Now if kalifornai would only make a VOTER ID law we could get back to being decent and civilized.
When you are the beneficiary of someone’s kindness and generosity, it produces a sense of gratitude and community.

When you are the beneficiary of a policy that steals from someone and gives it to you in return for your vote, it produces a sense of entitlement and dependency.
