It just struck me, the DUmmies are way more upset about this than they were when the United States was attacked on 9/11/2001. In fact, within a few days, they were dancing on Barbara Olson's grave. And a short time later, they were saying she never died.

Did anyone hear the Rush Morning Update on the radio today?  He reported that Henry Waxman said that the Jews in NY-9 voted for the R because they "wanted to protect their wealth."    :o

I really want to know why the D's lost this seat. How big is the Jewish vote here I wonder. I don't see exactly what Obama could have done to cause such a big swing in Jewish support. His very pro-Isreal. Too much so I think. So what's up? Sounds to me like a lot of spin from both sides here.

Perhaps you could give some evidence for why you think he is overly pro-Israel.  It seems to me that telling them that they should move there borders back to where they were 40 years ago is a very supportive move.

Has that not always been the position of all Administrations for decades. Most foreign countries agree also including all the EU. Why are Jewish voters suddenly so annoyed with Obama. It makes no sence to me.

No, in previous talks, US politicians have mentioned the 1967 borders as the goal of the Palestinians, but no American has ever specifically told Israel that they support Israel returning to those borders.  It is possible that the EU supports those borders, but I don't really care what the EU supports, especially now when it appears to be disintegrating. 

Also, a poster from the are said that Homosexual Marriage was another major factor in where the votes of the Orthodox Jewish community went.

Ok I see, thanks for explaining the conservative view here. Yes I know about the Gay Marriage issue but Obama does not support gay marriage.

that's true, he would have went on to legalize gay marriage through the back door (pardon the pun) much like he did with the Amnesty I'm sure but this election result in NY means he is finished. There is now no longer a snowballs chance in hell he will win re-election.
