There shouldn't be any more poor people since we have welfare.  And in fact, the bottom welfare recipient still lives better than most of Obama's family.

As to why someone would have to pull their own tooth - it must be that they are too damned lazy to look up the proper free government service for dental care.  But I see he can afford internet access to post on DU and a Toshiba computer.  I bet he has beer and dope in his house, too.  But can't afford to have a tooth pulled.
