Dream Act: Obama passes amnesty by a back door ICE directive

Last Friday, with no fanfare, no press coverage, and with every effort made to hide his actions from the American people, President Obama snuck through the spirit of the DREAM Act via an ICE memo.

Opposed by a majority of the American people and twice defeated in Congress, the DREAM Act grants amnesty to any illegal alien residing in the United States if s/he agrees to enlist in the U.S. military or enter college.

I'm sure that there have been many Impeachable Offenses perped so far already. Unfortunately an impeachment will not remove him from office and may just make him all the more popular with the liberals. This being acts with impunity and we, through our complacency, agree with him.

By this, and other actions as unconstitutional as they may be, The United States of America has just handed over the former State or Arizona to Mexico. Nothing has been done to stop this invasion, to the contrary it has been encouraged. Living here, we have seen the country turn on us, states boycott us, and our pleas for help go unanswered. Citizens of Arizona can now live in fear because we are now unprotected by the citizens of the United States.

If it happened once, it can happen again.

Considering the long list of things I had to go through to even try to get a job as a 911 dispatcher, yes.  I'm on a wait list.  I had to give my SSN, birth certificate, marriage certificate, everything I had done in the past 10 years (work wise), and drugs I tried/did/do, give the names (addresses, phone numbers, and occupations) of my immediate family and in-laws, etc.  AND take a polygraph.

So yeah, you know it's really nice to see our "president" allow illegal invaders into our military.

Um, don't most military MOSs carry a clearance? Even legal immigrants are not supposed to receive a clearance, must be a citizen. Therefore, wouldn't this create a "second class" in the military?  What jobs are open to one who cannot hold a clearance or will that be waived too?

Not any more. After the security lapses of the 80's (the John Anthony Walker, Jonathon Pollard, and the rest of those pukes), granting of clearances was curtailed and those that were already granted but not used (like mine) were pulled.

Of course, it could be an entirely new ball game these days.

Well, given PBO's admitted history, apparently POTUS is one that doesn't require a person to be able to get a clearance...
