I do not think my thread in GD-P was inappropriate

I do not think that my thread in GD-P should have been deleted. If someone was offended by the graphic, then perhaps it should have been moved to the Lounge. Perhaps I have not kept up with rule changes due to one of my frequent related hiatuses. If so, I apologize.

I would appreciate an explanation as to what the problem was.

Please understand that I am not complaining about your decision - I appreciate that moderating is "not often easy, and not often kind" but somebody has to make up their mind (apologies to John Sebastian).

I will patiently await your response.

1. Nobody wants to look at pictures of feces.

Yes, they clearly draw the line at photos of jars of urine.

I love the way the DUmmies defend the rights and freedoms of the artist to produce his junk art.

...and with feces being seen as the new art medium, I'm sure they will support my freedom to paint a mural on the side of the "Obama Library" with the 41 years of art supplies I've been saving in my septic tank.
“The American people will never knowingly adopt socialism. But, under the name of ‘liberalism’, they will adopt every fragment of the socialist program, until one day America will be a socialist nation, without knowing how it happened.” - Norman Thomas, U.S. Socialist Party presidential candidate 1940, 1944 and 1948

"America is like a healthy body and its resistance is threefold: its patriotism, its morality, and its spiritual life. If we can undermine these three areas, America will collapse from within."  Stalin

Ashling should have polished the turd, first
..because.....
Skimmer doesn't know shit from Shinola.
Then-Chief Justice John Marshall observed, “Between a balanced republic and a democracy, the difference is like that between order and chaos.”

John Adams warned in a letter, “Remember democracy never lasts long. It soon wastes, exhausts, and murders itself. There never was a democracy yet, that did not commit suicide.”

Usually one has to travel to the fancy art galleries of New York to view that level of work.

Perhaps Skins has investments in one or more of those enterprises and wishes to protect his investment by not giving it away for free?

I seem to recall there used to be pictures of Bush flags in dog crap. I guess Skins is spiffying up the place for DU4, or whatever.
