poll: the Great San Diego Blackout and nadin
« on: September 09, 2011, 12:17:45 AM »
Well, here it is, past midnight central time, and our members in and near San Diego haven't been on for hours.

I haven't been over to Skins's island today at all.

Has anyone noticed if nadin's still hanging on Skins's island despite the Great San Diego Blackout?

I don't know, Frank.  I haven't had the stomache to go over there in years.  Got tired of the mole I had and just quit.  I enjoy the posts everyone brings back, I just couldn't stay there.

Well, that would mean the kaput primitive, the "kpete" copy-and-paste primitive who lives in an affluent gated community in San Diego would be out too.

But alas on the other side of the coin, we got BannedFromDU and JakeStyle who might be out.

Well, if she's actually blacked out maybe some planned maintenance can get done on the Google servers.

Nutcase nadin probably thinks a general strike is finally underway.

Power came on here about 30 minutes ago.  I just drove up the hill to take a look around and most of the city is still dark, including the western portion of Mission Valley where Nadin lives.

Just wanted to add that it was a harrowing 6.5 hours without power, at times I wasn't sure if I would make it.  Fortunately, my neighbor had tiki torches burning and I was able to somehow stumble into his backyard, only to be refreshed by a 24oz glass of Guinness.  I can only hope that there are other survivors.....

Even if she wasn't directly affected, she will make sure we know she was, and that it was a Rethug plot.

Even if she wasn't directly affected, she will make sure we know she was, and that it was a Rethug RW terrorist plot.

I think that will be more inline with her way of thinking.

Quote
The outage occurred after an electrical worker removed a piece of monitoring equipment at a power substation in southwest Arizona, officials at Phoenix-based Arizona Public Service Co. said. It was unclear why that mishap, which normally would have been isolated locally, sparked such a widespread outage. The company said that would be the focus of a probe.

GoNads arrogant stupidity would suck the light out of anything.
Then-Chief Justice John Marshall observed, “Between a balanced republic and a democracy, the difference is like that between order and chaos.”

John Adams warned in a letter, “Remember democracy never lasts long. It soon wastes, exhausts, and murders itself. There never was a democracy yet, that did not commit suicide.”

As soon as power is restored, Nadin will be posting the details on how she would have prevented the power outage, what Washington should do to increase funding for alternative energy sources, and how to prepare in case of blackouts.  She's probably having teh Google withdrawals right about now.

Well, ya know, if Bobo the Hobo was running her Buick through the greater San Diego metro area, she could have posted the carnage on her iPhone.

I guess we know that nadin has no smart phone capability.  Poor nadin.

Did zero use that hackneyed phrase in his blah blah blah last night?

I heard on the radio that power has been restored.  *Groan.*  Now, Nadinberzerk will resurface.
