Sometimes when I dig a hole in my backyard I smell the smell of fat burning on an open fire. I assume it's Kennedy down there.

His correspondence with the Soviets in 1984, asking their assistance in defeating Ronald Reagan was pretty bad, but that was done behind closed doors.

What I remember, done out in open air, out in public, was the time (some time during the Bush administration) he voted the "wrong way" on a right-to-life issue in the Senate, he was so flat-assed drunk.

Right there on television.

Of course, the Planned Parenthoodlums sent him back, to "correct" his "wrong" vote.....

I believe in praising the good.

It has now been two years since Senator Kennedy has had a drink.  What kind of pin do you get from AA for that?
When you are the beneficiary of someone’s kindness and generosity, it produces a sense of gratitude and community.

When you are the beneficiary of a policy that steals from someone and gives it to you in return for your vote, it produces a sense of entitlement and dependency.

It's probably a Kennedy, but it's hard to tell which one.

I've smelled it for two years, so I assume he's the only one fat enough to drip for that long. I'd piss on his grave, but I worry that it would seep into the soil, ferment into some sort of alcohol, and he'd enjoy the results.

I remember cleaning the shop in advance of a Dead Ted campaign stop in '80 I think.  I don't think the union druid washed his hand for days after shaking dead Ted's.  He was all excited.  This is the same union druid who I railed on about driving a ferign car so bad he finally bought a Caddy.  :rotf:

You mean like I did a while back when I posted, "Congratulations to Amy Winehouse on 10 days of sobriety!"

Yeah, something like that.

Sorry, no degree of accomplishment absolves Ted of manslaughter and the cover up. He was above the law here on earth, but I'm sure he got his just reward by now.

I can here the alert buttons being mashed from here. Hope DUmmy akvo likes pizza.

Wow! Only 5 replies to a dead Ted thread.

DUmmies brains are so fried that they scratch their head and think "Ted who?"

In other news, scientist are trying to discover why the worms are drunk in Arlington.
Come to think of it, unions do create jobs. Companies have to hire two workers to do the work of one.

You're shedding actual tears over a dead politician, who croaked 2 years ago?  Pathetic idiot.

That's because a few of them discovered he was working deep cover for Diebold.
