Off probation, full member status.  Three stars and the accompanying rights and responsibilities that go with them.  Seniority.  Tenure.
Looks like I won't have to go all Dr. Amy Bishop after all.

...But have a fourth and fifth that behave nicely (By DU standards) so you can still see it when they go into DEFCON ONE mode!
