Don't the Republican (voters) get it? Cuts during recession = FREE FALL

It was this way in 1929 - Hoover's policies of tax cuts and program cuts were what threw the US from a recession, to a depression

Lather, rinse, repeat

Don't they get it?

I think its time for your meth fix DUmmie.

I don't believe DUmmy Taverner is a tweeker.
He's pretty much a full-time alcohol and heroin man. Any time he's not nodding from H, he's toking.
Then he posts advice on education.

But Tavs - I thought we were in "Recovery Summer" after 30 months of Obama's "Laser-like focus on jobs?"  What's with all the negativity?

Actually it was FDR and his spending and taxing that made the recession into the depression. It will unfold the same way with0 at the helm only worse because 0 is strangling the economy with regulations.
When you are the beneficiary of someone’s kindness and generosity, it produces a sense of gratitude and community.

When you are the beneficiary of a policy that steals from someone and gives it to you in return for your vote, it produces a sense of entitlement and dependency.

Taverner is a good example as to why some birth certificates should have expiration dates.
"We make men without chests and expect of them virtue and enterprise. We laugh at honor and are shocked to find traitors in our midst. We castrate and then bid the geldings to be fruitful."

C.S. Lewis

A community may possess all the necessary moral qualifications, in so high a degree, as to be capable of self-government under the most adverse circumstances; while, on the other hand, another may be so sunk in ignorance and vice, as to be incapable of forming a conception of liberty, or of living, even when most favored by circumstances, under any other than an absolute and despotic government.

That's why you socialist pukes are being voted out.
Move to Canada.

Worked so well for them the last couple decades.

FACTUAL FAIL.

Dear Drug Addled DUmbass,

Please Google the following:

--Revenue Act of 1932
--His adoption of pro-labor policies (see Lee Ohanian)
--Smoot-Hawley Tariff Act

Now contrast that with the actions of Calvin Coolidge, Eisenhower, Reagan, and George W. Bush, all of whom inherited economies which were either in decline if not already in the shitter.  Notice anything different through that drug-addled haze of yours, DUmmies?

Don't be putting Canada down.  Under 0bama Canada looks positively stone cold conservative.

Don't the Republican (voters) get it? ...Yep, they're the ones usually getting it up the old poop-shute.
“The American people will never knowingly adopt socialism. But, under the name of ‘liberalism’, they will adopt every fragment of the socialist program, until one day America will be a socialist nation, without knowing how it happened.” - Norman Thomas, U.S. Socialist Party presidential candidate 1940, 1944 and 1948

Yeah, that was sort of the tail end of the DUmp's Golden Age of photo threads. One of the few without the CalPig.
These days, I think they're all afraid of being stalked by coach or something.
Picture threads have beocme as rare at the DUmp as sanity.
It just makes you want to sit through and cry.
