So embarrassed by the way a rich kid treated his nanny.   Updated at 2:44 AM

I could not believe the way a kid about my son's age was treating his nanny at the top of Nob Hill tonight. He bossed her around like she was the "common help" and essentially treated her like dirt, all the time he was playing my own son (who knows and likes the nanny). I wanted to give him a talking to, myself. But the last thing I needed was one of San Francisco's elite (I know who the mother is) coming after me for teaching a little common courtesy.

Is this DUmmie one of the "rich" at this party or a cocktail server? :bouncy:

How many conservatives live in San Francisco?

2008 Presidential Election - San Francisco Bay Area
Democrat 73.8% 2,172,411
Republican 24.4% 717,989

This includes all the counties in the area.  Couldn't find the stats for just San Francisco proper.  I would imagine you'd have a hard time finding very many conservatives there.

Edit - actually at that same link it says that 0bama received 85.4% of the vote in San Francisco City and County.

Almost all of Snob Hill is part of Chinatown now. Most of the snobs have moved out.

I worked as a nanny for a year when I was in college, as did several of my friends, and for the most part all of us were treated with plenty of respect.

I thought is was interesting that the DUmmy said a "kid around my son's age" rather than "my son's friend" if the kid was playing with his son and his son knows the nanny well enough to like her.

If the mother is one of the SF elite, then it is pretty much guaranteed that she is a Dem.

Most children in San Francisco have two daddies.
How can you expect them to act normally?
