I can't see the video due to firewalls, but am curious -- is Buzz gonna be charged for assault and battery?

These days, that's generally what happens when a punk gets punched -- the "victim" of the harassment (the good guy) becomes the target of criminal charges and/or a lawsuit from the punk (the bad guy).

It was tossed out of court.  The Judge in the case knows the facts and that Buzz did indeed walk on the moon.

Col. Aldrin was the perfect Gentleman throughout the whole attack upon him. He exercised an enormous amount of class and restraint, right up to the point where the punk got right in his face and called him a coward. The shot he took to the face was totally deserved and I'll bet he was walking on the moon himself for a few seconds there.

Finally was able to see this clip -- yeah, he and his lady friend (maybe his daughter?) attempted to avoid the guy and skirt the issue. The punk called Buzz a liar and a coward and that's when he took the punch.

Buzz clearly comes from a distant time when being accused of cowardice and being called a liar was an invitation to take the conversation outside where the matter can be settled once and for all.

I guess Buzz figured since he was half outdoors, he didn't need to worry about that particular nicety. Let's just get to rockin'!  :chairshot:

Good job for him. I've personally talked with these types of people and they're all just like the guy in the video. He deserved what he got.

It drives me insane when these people try and ruin the greatest accomplishment we as humans have made. (IMO) There is overwhelming proff the moon landings did happen and yet they have the nerve to tell us we're ignorant for thinking it did happen.
