Convection Conversion

Anyone here have a convection oven?

We just bought all new appliances for the kitchen and the stove has a convection oven.  How difficult is it to figure out the right cook time and temp compared to a conventional oven?

We have found a few links on line, but I was hoping to get some input form folks that actually have a convection oven.

My MIL had a pair of convection ovens in her Bed & Breakfast inn.  Over most of the temperature range, the cook time was cut in half, tho that cut got smaller with lower temperatures, IIRC.  My wife and I couldn't remember exactly, so I went and got the link.
