That and some member of Obama's Aramcheck cabal said recently ( only was half listening to Rush that day) that the three branches are government were the President, House, and Senate.

This is a case of too much time on one's hands.  He doesn't have a "job" in a "building" with "heavy security" where they check the black guys but not the white, he doesn't go to the BBQ joint next door for power lunches.  He's getting high and diddling around at the DUmp.
