They have lifted the debt ceiling for every other President before - this is beyond economics - those fugging teabaggers and much of the ReTHUG leadership are racists.

They don't care what is destroyed - they are going to destory Obama.

If I were Obama I would have told them no ****ing deal from day one.

No, dimwit, RUSH LIMBAUGH said that he wanted Obama to fail in implementing his policies, because any reasonably intelligent person could tell you that those policies would be disastrous for the country.

And yet when the boy king was in the senate, in one of the few times he didn't vote present, he voted against raising the debt ceiling. Now, because he's spent us into near bankruptcy, he wants the wiggle room to make more debt.

Any ncrease in the debt ceiling will be met with an equal amount of new spending before Obama is out of office.

Obama's plan also called for almost 2 TRILLION DOLLARS of tax increases, DUmbasses. You don't stimulate an economy by taxing the hell out of the people you want to produce jobs.

It's on another thread here, I forget where, but one primitive commented it's a "documented fact that tax cuts don't create jobs."

I dunno where that primitive got that idea.

I'm starting to think the primitives would be prime recruits for the Flat Earth Society, or some organization that denies the existence of gravity.  Or something.

Sadly he did not fail the first two years of his reign of incompetence and he brought forth $1.5 trillion deficits, a massive job destroying plan called Obama HellCare, and set in motion the notion of a nation of men and not laws.

If he had failed we would be climbing out of a recession and nt slipping back into one.
