I went debt ceiling just because unions are not involved. As far as NFL or NBA, I think NFL only because they have a headstart on the lockout. But the total time locked out may be about equal. Actually I hope they both go away and sports fans start watching college wrestling so programs will quit dropping it because of Title IX.
