Texas executes Mexican after court stay rejected

Hope he made his peace, but murder is a biggie.

Send his body back to Mexico. It would feed a family of 34 for two days.
Come to think of it, unions do create jobs. Companies have to hire two workers to do the work of one.

Sounds like "and justice for all" regardless of race, creed or national origin.  Dummies will be beyond apoplectic.

It also shows that if Mexico violates a heinous crime against a state, running to obama won't do them any good.

Nothing will bring her back, but THAT sorry POS sure isn't going to be doing it to anyone else, ever.

A side benefit is: Texas figuratively told obastard to eat shit and die, and not to interfere with their state's laws.

Apparently to 0bama and W.Bush and 4 supreme court justices, international law (the Vienna Convention) takes precedence over the US Constitution. This is the sort of thing that makes me cringe when the left makes a big stink about what a conservative ideologue Bush is/was. At any rate, these are the sort of "conservatives" (Boehner and McConnell) that are meeting behind closed doors with the marxist in chief to decide on whether or how much to compromise on raising the debt ceiling. Secret or closed meetings in a constitutional republic? We had secret discussions on health care (see how that turned out), secret meetings on budget negotiations about 6 or 7 months ago (where Boehner started out at $100B, then went to 80B, then 61B and finally ended up at a couple of hundred million) and now this. Watching these guys, I get more and more the impression that neither side thinks of themselves as elected officials anymore, but more like rulers. Last I checked we're not just subjects. We're citizens... arent we?

I have little to no confidence in these clowns to stand for the constitution anymore. We dont know yet ... but every time Boehner goes into these things he gets his pockets picked. Which means, we get our pockets picked.

He (Boehner) holds ALL the cards. Congress, specifically the House holds the purse strings. The only thing that needs to happen is to CUT spending. Thats it! STOP "negotiating" revenue. Stop spending FIRST. Now Boehner is talking about compromising on tax reform. What does that mean? Who the hell is standing for us, we the people up there??

And why isnt this Texas execution in the news? I mean, in a major way. With the President and a former President and 4 Supremes trying to subvert the constitution on this matter? This is unprecedented. Oh wait ... I know. Its all about Casey Anthony. Now thats news! /s

Sorry for the rant.

In the end, I think that is what really matters about this whole thing.

I read some of the story; the last few hours of that poor girls life were indescribably horrific and her murder was beyond brutal, thank God for Texas doing the right thing.
