Muslim and Jewish ecclesiastical marriage rules are basically pretty similar, in fact there are a variety of older domestic relations cases in the US on the validity of banning first-cousin marriages, which are generally all from the Jewish communities in the NE.
Bloodlines may be important in particular countries and cultures that are Islamic, but it isn't really any part of the religion as a whole. After all, the biggest problem with Islam is that they want to convert everyone in the world to it, by force if necessary, which is about as genetically-diverse as you can get.
As a religion-wide issue instead of a national cultural issue, between Judaism, Christianity, and Islam, the only one that actually puts heavy stock in bloodlines is Judaism, which strongly discourages converts while the other two beat the bushes for them.
