But they warn that it will cost billions of dollars to develop the vehicles, and they express doubt that consumers will accept the smaller, lighter — and in some cases, more expensive — cars that result....
Well, he's pretty much got two of the Big Three by the balls already, so Ford would be pretty much on its own trying to fight it. It looks like he doesn't need to bribe them at all, he can just go ahead and screw away.
