'Inmate'? That's offensive!
Killer's kin sue over 'inmate' tag

Who you callin' an inmate?

The family of a coldblooded killer serving 25 years to life in state prison for shooting a man in the head complains he's being stigmatized -- by the use of the term "inmate."

The label "implies that our brother is locked up for the purpose of mating with other men," claims Marie Domond in a lawsuit against the state Correctional Services Department.

The Brooklyn federal court filing demands that officials immediately stop calling Gerard Domond "an inmate."[/quote]

In prison to mate? WFT? And he's such a good looking fella!  :whatever:  ::)

Domond (her own attorney???) should be required to pay all costs associated with this bullshit.

I get a kick out of this from the link above,
Acting as her own lawyer, Marie insists: "The suggestive nature of the word is disgraceful. This cruel psychological programming has weighed heavily on our emotional and psychological well-being."
"It's something that's bothered me for a long time," Marie told The Post. "I couldn't understand why no one recognized that somebody being labeled an inmate, why they wouldn't recognize that. To me it just sounded very wrong."

Really douche bag??! How about the ****in' crimes these inmates commit to get to prison in the first place you idiot! :bird:

Well, let's see....

The state prison just outside of my town refers to its inhabitants as "offenders". That's their blanket term for all of 'em.

Will "offenders" offend your sensitivity? You okay with "offender?"

F'n murderer and his family is worried about him being called an "inmate."  :whatever:

And prison guards are now called "Correctional Officers."  Makes it sound like a puppy training class.

Hm-m-m...I wonder if the Gay Brigade will sue for rampant homophobic hate speech.
According to the Bible, "know" means "yes."
