The label "implies that our brother is locked up for the purpose of mating with other men," claims Marie Domond in a lawsuit against the state Correctional Services Department.

Domond (her own attorney???) should be required to pay all costs associated with this bullshit.

I get a kick out of this from the link above,

Really douche bag??! How about the ****in' crimes these inmates commit to get to prison in the first place you idiot! :bird:

Well, let's see....

The state prison just outside of my town refers to its inhabitants as "offenders". That's their blanket term for all of 'em.

Will "offenders" offend your sensitivity? You okay with "offender?"

F'n murderer and his family is worried about him being called an "inmate."  :whatever:

And prison guards are now called "Correctional Officers."  Makes it sound like a puppy training class.
