  • One more month, and I can forget about Obama.
This one will be burning out of control shortly.

How Do DU Clinton Supporters Feel About the Broken Voting Machines PA?
Edited on Tue Apr-22-08 12:02 PM by berni_mccoy
From Latest Breaking News:

Source: MSNBC

MSNBC is reporting that the Obama campaign said voting machines are breaking down in some parts of Philadelphia leaving as few as two voting machines in some African American precincts.

No link yet.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Meanwhile voting machines sit empty in rural precincts. Such criminal activity. Even Clinton supporters can't defend this unless they're hypocrits.

Is that Win for Clinton going to feel right? How many of you have been working on or supporting election reform and paper ballots? Do you honestly believe this is just a coincidence?

I bet it is leaving you more than a little unsettled right now.

Obama supporters getting nervous?

21. No Democrat likes this
It goes without saying we are all opposed to the screw ups and criminal activity related to electronic voting.

If you're looking for someone to blame, look to the GOP.

That actually took longer than I thought.  I guess they aree so busy fighting each other, they forgot who to blame.

37. I'm asking Clinton supporters because their candidate stands to benefit from this.
It's that simple. I know how I would feel about this if Obama benefited.

But no one else would, because you wouldn't have started a firestorm over it.

Uh, wasn't it in Pennsylvania, and in Philadelphia specifically, where in 2004, the voting machines already had hundreds of votes on them cast for the Bostonian Billionaire even before the polls opened?

What's up with that?

Why weren't there any primitive bonfires on Skins's island about that?

"African American precincts"???? First of all, that just sounds weird. Secondly, does one assume that all blacks will be voting for the Barackstar!? Was that decided upon at that last African American meeting or something?

No, my friends, there’s only one really progressive idea. And that is the idea of legally limiting the power of the government. That one genuinely liberal, genuinely progressive idea — the Why in 1776, the How in 1787 — is what needs to be conserved. We need to conserve that fundamentally liberal idea. That is why we are conservatives. --Bill Whittle

The GOP really doesn't have a dog i this fight.  I don't think it matters much to McCain who gets the nod (unless they choose Gore and even then...).

Why would they mess with the machines?

Just heard on the top of the hour news that the Justice Dept. has monitors at the polls in Philly today to comply with some sort of "civil rights" decision.  How could these poor folks be disenfranchised under the watchful eye of the Feds??

47. Oh Enough With The Melodramatic Malarkey Already. So Damn Silly.

No one is intentionally breaking machines to try and steal the election for Hillary. It's insane already how some will knee jerk to every single occurrence of anything and yelp out "See! She's stealing it! She's eeeeeevil!!!!!"

So friggin stupid already.

I suddenly have this feeling, this really strong feeling, it's going to be a rollicking time on Skins's island tonight.

I wonder what they would say if the OP said, "How Do DU Obama Supporters Feel About the Broken Voting Machines PA?" if voting machines were broken in caucasian areas.

Ever seen a herd of animals stampede? Domestic turkeys kept in large numbers will do it at the drop of a hat. These primitives remind me of stampeding animals...they run full speed in a large group right over the top of everything, including common sense. When they come to an obstruction they can't get over they will struggle and even trample each other to death trying to escape some imaginary threat. They finally wear themselves out and disperse..yep! that's the primitives alright. :mental:

Damn! Today is a good day!

I have the feeling today's going to be a great day, a really great day.

In fact, I'm grabbing my canvas grocery bag and heading to town later this afternoon so as to stock up, and be back here in time to watch the rollicking riotous roisterous fun on Skins's island tonight.
