I have something to say about race and our President.

Does anyone else feel like the Republicans refusal to help this president one bit is racist behavior?

When has one party ever purposely done everything opposite of what the President of the United States wants? Has this ever happened before? When has a majority leader ever stated out loud that their #1 intent is to oust the president before that president even had a chance to start governing?

I swear they think they can get away with all of this because our President is a black man and they feel superior to him. They think they have all sorts of other powers with this president. They think they can treat him as an inferior.

This is what I am seeing and it is making me sick.

Edit to add that this is becoming clearer and clearer when it is pointed out that these repigs will try to make our economy fail just because they want this president out so much. They will suffer little children because they want this president out so bad.

http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=view_all&address=439x1394155

You know what the republicans would have to do to make sure that our economy fails?
They would have to roll over and give 0bama everything he wants.
Currently they are doing a hell of a lot to try to save what is left of our economy.
If we keep raising the debt ceiling and spending more and more money, it will have to burst at some point. We can't keep going down this road.

Here is an argument that I wish the GOP would use, so far the govt has not been responsible with the money we have been sending them. If they can't be responsible with what they have now, how in the hell can we trust them with even more of our money?

I'm so sick of the racist argument, from now on it will not be addressed.
I may not lock my doors while sitting at a red light and a black man is near, but I sure as hell grab on tight to my wallet when any democrats are close by.

My attitude, too.

You know the worse things get, the more the primitives are going to try to shove the race card.

It worked somewhat in 2008, but it's old and worn out now.

It's all they have, it's not like they can point to any issues and say, see how great 0bama is. Hell they can't even defend his record to other libs, who are mad at him for not being Marxist enough. The only accomplishment he has, is 0bamacare, and damn near everyone hates that bill, including those on the left, although for different reasons.

The worst part of all the Left's spurious cries of "Racism!" is that over the years it has desensitized intelligent people, who see right through the cheap veneer of lies, to legitimate claims of the same. Like the boy who cried wolf, it's been used falsely so much that people view all accusations of racism with a jaundiced eye. In that sense, they are the worst enemies of minorities. Then again, minorities have never been anything but tools to them with which they can accomplish their own selfish, statist goals.

Yo, Mary-ay-ya.
We really don't care a crap about the Presidents skin color.
We just don't care for his socialist agenda.
That's it.

Well, around here he's known as the HNIC. Can't imagine why. After all, this is N. Idaho and there are still pockets of some pretty radical individuals.

ETA: I should explain many around here hold him personally responsible for losing their jobs. When times get tough, politically correct goes right down the toilet and if they can call each other............ well you get the idea. We refuse to have our vocabulary limited because they can act superior. There's a reason they call it CRAP music!

No, next question.
“The national budget must be balanced. The public debt must be reduced; the arrogance of the authorities must be moderated and controlled. Payments to foreign governments must be reduced, if the nation doesn't want to go bankrupt. People must again learn to work, instead of living on public assistance.”

That's completely different and you should know that.
When you are the beneficiary of someone’s kindness and generosity, it produces a sense of gratitude and community.

When you are the beneficiary of a policy that steals from someone and gives it to you in return for your vote, it produces a sense of entitlement and dependency.

Legitimizing an attitude of not showing respect for a president under Bush may have set a bad precedent.

Of course, it was ignored.

I remember, just after the election, reading a lot of internet posts saying, in effect, "all the abuse and insults hurled at Bush for these last 8 years?  You're about to get it back tenfold."

I dunno, I think sexism is a bigger problem on the left. After all, Hillary lost to a "clean and articulate" half black "magic negro" and an old, gaffe-prone white guy. Years and years of Wimmins studies, Ms. magazine, women buying bicycles for their trout farms, NARAL working hard to abort white males (that seems to have backfired), building self-esteem in young girls while telling little boys to move under...uh, to the back of the bus, decades of sitcoms where "mother knows best" because husbands are blithering idiots and what do we get? A token black female talk show host and the poor long-suffering woman candidate, forced to stay with a philandering jackass with a bent dick and a penchant for vaginal humidors. Another woman practically promised her turn in the big chair if she just channeled Tammy Wynette for a few years, being shoved into another "support" role while the men go into the parlor and share cigars with Billy Jeff. Hell, they might as well have sent her back to the kitchen, given Huma a turkey baster and told her to have another baby. And she doesn't even get to be the main squeeze...she's being usurped by a Wookie with the fashion sense of a used railroad tie. Women and girls hardest hit, naturally.

I too have something to say about race and their president. I bet he won't be anywhere near Daytona for the race Saturday. I remember when our president went and watched Richard Petty win the race.

I remember when our president quit playin' golf because he thought it was in bad taste while we had soldiers in peril!

But then again he had respect for the office and the American people who actually had sons and daughters overseas fightin'!

This prick......... not so much!
