Oh my.

This is from the Wilderness, not Skins's island, so no link available.

Need your input... about a website..
« on: June 07, 2011, 06:40:49 PM

My dad came up with the idea, and wants to go 50/50 with me. I think it's a fun idea, but I'd like your feedback, though. We registered the domain name called "catchmeinaweiner.com", an obvious reference to Rep. Weiner, but Dad, being a conservative Democrat, and me a socialist, want to come up with a poke-in-the-fun thing like photos, t-shirts, and stuff like that. I was wondering if this is a great idea, or is there something like that out there.. I mean, on BOTH sides of the spectrum.. there's always one poking fun of the right, pokign fun of the left, why not on both?

Run some ideas by us. I'll give you feedback.

I'll even offer some t-shirt slogan ideas if I can think of any.

You might get traction with some bipartisan slogans.  Along the lines of "What do Weiner, Vitter, Ensign, and Edwards have in common?"  Americans love to hate their government, but take it personally if it's partisan.

What is the overall mission or purpose of the site?
Simply to market items with slogans involving "weiner," or something more?
Also, how long are "weiner jokes" going to remain viable? (don't want to be a party-pooper, but realistic.)

Well, the website is up. We're still fine-tuning it.

I also have another idea that is much more viable and a fun one. I will be working on that as soon as I finish changing over the website.

As usual, the cross-eyed Iowa primitve's putting more work into cheating social security disability than what he would honestly make working an honest job, like in a factory or something.

Well, the cross-eyed disability fraudster put up the site that was inspired by Weiner on June14. The forum there is a hotbed. It's had one post since 6/14, by DUmmy Hawkeye-X himself. It makes crazy Andrea's asylum for smug snots seem like Grand Central Station.

Oh, this does not bode well.  We've seen this kind of thing before from them.  I think that's how Taverner caught my eye, he came up with the stupidest tshirt slogans you've ever seen.  They were either childish or made no sense.

Aren't tee-shirt hawkers on the internet about as rare as welfare cheats on Skins's island?

I mean, aren't there a lot of them, and so this is a highly competitive market?

Wiener is so last week.
“The national budget must be balanced. The public debt must be reduced; the arrogance of the authorities must be moderated and controlled. Payments to foreign governments must be reduced, if the nation doesn't want to go bankrupt. People must again learn to work, instead of living on public assistance.”

That sounds great!!11!!eleventy

I have some VCs that would love you to pitch that idea to them.
When you are the beneficiary of someone’s kindness and generosity, it produces a sense of gratitude and community.

When you are the beneficiary of a policy that steals from someone and gives it to you in return for your vote, it produces a sense of entitlement and dependency.

That'll go over great at the DUmp. They spent the entire Viet Nam War supporting the VC.
