what, exactly, constitutes a "call out"?

what are the necessary and sufficient criteria? is it up to the whims of the mods, or is there some actual definition?

1. A call out would be when someone talks about another member who is not yet participating in that thread, or starts a thread to talk about another member.

Dear God in heaven, no, I missed that, and it would have ruined my weekend had I seen it.
Nanners' !!?? Not only is it a nauseating word, the DUmbass even added the useless, stupid, ignorant apostrophe at the end.
It's the sort of word you would expect from the hateful old crones who used to post in the cooking group, before coach shut it down.
They would constantly use the word "taters" (shudder).

You know, I'm starting to think I may have had something to do with that, although it was purely accidental.

There's big cobwebs in the cooking and baking forum right now; the only new stuff is EMataHari trying to make cornbread-and-chili, and that campfire's pretty boring.

Damn.

One longs for the good old days when the cooking and baking forum was the liveliest of all the small forums on Skins's island, stuff cooking there all the time.

But I dunno what else I can possibly do, to persuade the cooking and baking primitives that franksolich is an utterly harmless person, and to get Mrs. Alfred Packer back in there, stirring things up.
