Four dead in New York drug store shooting

– Sun Jun 19, 3:39 pm ET

NEW YORK (Reuters) – Four people were shot to death on Sunday in a suspected robbery at a Long Island drug store, police said.

Suffolk County homicide detectives found four people shot dead at Haven Drugs in Medford, about 60 miles east of New York City, at mid-morning after getting a 911 emergency call that was placed from the store's parking lot.

Police said two of the victims were believed to be store employees and two others customers, and that robbery was the likely motive.

All four were dead at the scene. Other details on the victims were not immediately available.

It's past time to make guns illegal and drugs legal.

 
OK, let's see if we can untangle this:

1. the legalization of guns is to blame for the use of guns

2. the criminalization of drugs has no effect on whether people use them so we might as well decriminalize them

3. criminalizing guns and legalizing drugs will result in the responsible use of both

4. the gun was used to obtain drugs that are legal, albeit with a prescription

5. no word as of yet as to whether the killer was legally allowed to own a gun

One of those killed was a 17 year old girl who was engaged to be married. Her mother was on Fox News this morning saying she will be buried in her wedding dress.  The scumbag that did it should be buried shortly after being found, without waiting for an execution.

Hey assholes! Its illegal to kill people! Did that stop this? If we make drugs legal they will still cost money no?

God these people are some different kind of stupid!

How about the other story that accompanied this one where the perp came in and threatened the female clerk with a gun and the x marine pharmacist came out with his own gun and chased the guy out the store and tackled him and held him for the cops? Its simple assholes.

When guns are outlawed only outlaws will have guns!

I saw where her sister was scheduled to work but couldn't. She had to go to church for some reason. They didn't state whether both sisters were scheduled to work or that one replaced the other. I hope it was the former and not the later as the guilt could destroy her.
