KansDem (1000+ posts) Tue Jun-21-11 02:55 PMOriginal messageI'm so unemployable I'm getting rejection letters for jobs I didn't apply to! A couple of months ago I applied to two openings at a college in California; jobs for which I was eminently qualified. They were both in the same department.Well, I received two rejection letters. I shrugged it off (it's not the first time) and went back to looking for the next prospect. Well, a week ago I received a third letter from the college informing me I was no longer in the running for a third position in a different department! A position I never applied to!Okay! Okay! Don't rub it in! I got the message with the first two letters! What a revolting situation!(I wonder how many more rejection letters I'm going to received from this college? )

There's a reason why patriotism is considered a conservative value. Watch a Tea Party rally and you'll see people proudly raising the American flag and showing pride in U.S. heroes such as Thomas Jefferson. Watch an OWS rally and you'll see people burning the American flag while showing pride in communist heroes such as Che Guevera. --Bob, from some news site

What is a headerhunter?
Headhunters are recruiters. They find qualified people to fill jobs, and typically charge the employer a fee that amounts three or four times the new employee's monthly salary.
