I ran across these freaks on BBCAmerica last night.  The show was called Love Me Love my Doll .   This has got to be a DUmmie.

The hell!?!?!?? Yes, what IS his DUmmie name?

You know, I think he could benefit from some serious therapy. People have freaky fetishes. I get that. But when you take it to this level and treat this "sex doll" as a person? Um...seek help!!!

And Hollyweird made a movie about this - http://www.rottentomatoes.com/m/10007394-lars_and_the_real_girl/?nopop=1#synopsis

No, my friends, there’s only one really progressive idea. And that is the idea of legally limiting the power of the government. That one genuinely liberal, genuinely progressive idea — the Why in 1776, the How in 1787 — is what needs to be conserved. We need to conserve that fundamentally liberal idea. That is why we are conservatives. --Bill Whittle

Toward the end of the show last night.  This particular DUmmie says he's tried dating "organic women" but that was just for fools.  "Organic Women"?  Is that kinda like breeders?  That was the most disturbing thing I have ever seen.  I don't know when they'll show it again, but these guys make furries look like a portrait of normalcy.

Oh, he's just one of three guys that were detailed on the show.  I had to agree with my wife last night that while there are more crazy women on the planet then crazy men, the crazy men are far crazier than the crazy women.

Real Dolls are cool as art pieces , but as replacements of people...damn.

But at least it keeps them out of circulation because what would they do with a real woman?

Does art need orifaces?

These pervs aren't art collectors. http://dir.salon.com/story/mwt/feature/2005/10/11/real_dolls/

I don't know, but they do look VERY real, and for the quality, it's pretty freaking cheap - - to get a full size, customizable replica of a human being could run into the 100's of thousands. I think it's only 10 grand for one of those.

But I have seen them used in art and photo projects. . .Just because you ain't seen it, doesn't mean it ain't happened.

I'm not saying it doesn't happen.  Actually, I'm quite sure it does.  Probably how they started.  One of the men in the documentary is a photographer and uses them as models.  Of course then he goes back in the house and boinks 'em.

Of course, nowadays, I could lay a huge turd, draw a smiley face on it and call it art.

Hey, it's interactive art!
