My impression?? "V" meets "Jericho & Stargate". Was pretty good. Too many commercials in the opener, though. :(  I'll probably follow the series for a while.

The first hour was slow going, but the second hour picked up the pace enough to get me to give it a shot.

10 PM on Sunday nights?  Meh.

OTOH, there were a few things I picked out that should have been fixed...like houses which had been abandoned for months yet still had perfectly manicured lawns...really?

Didn't care how it started. I thought they should have started at the invasion, but I watched it and it'll be the first series I've kept up with in 10+ years.

We watched it too, and will continue to.

I agree with you Kev, I felt like we came in too far after the invasion. What happened to everybody? Did you notice all the parked cars when they came out of the school at the end of the second hour? Maybe there are going to be flashbacks in future episodes, but I think there should have been some last night.

Reminded me a bit of the Walking Dead.

Good to see Col. Sink from the Band of Brothers series back at work!

God alone suffices.

I think I will wait for the DVDs to come out to see more of them.  It was ok but not thrilling.

You've missed a few good ens.

Spartacus and The Pacific are awesome.
Come to think of it, unions do create jobs. Companies have to hire two workers to do the work of one.

I borrowed "Band of Brothers" and "The Pacific" box sets from my neighbor. They were awesome.

Hard to believe that Tom Hanks had his liberal little paw in on making those two.

He did state that he was offended at the racial slurs in the Pacific.

Anybody still watching this?

We are, and still enjoying it.

Hey, any show where Boston gets nuked in the first five minutes, I'm down with it.

I've missed the last three episodes because of no TV or internet. Now I'm going to have to catch up.  :(
