12. I know of what you are speaking...but how did the "beer and travel money" phenomena begin?

6. You think Wiener DIDN'T bring this on himself?

So a right-winger FORCED him to take off his clothes, take pictures, and share them with women who weren't his wife?

Gee, why wasn't that reported in the news.

Republicans may lay the traps, but Democrats don't have to fall into them. If he'd sent those pictures to his wife, he'd still be a Congressman. He knew that the RW'ers were looking for any excuse to take him down, and he handed them that excuse on a silver platter.

It's entirely his fault for doing something that asinine, betraying his constituents by risking his political career that way. Thanks to him, we have one less liberal voice in Congress. Quit blaming other people for his stupidity.

7. You just don't get it do you

The GOP, despite the fact people hate them, despite the fact that they only own The House and The SCOTUS, and despite the fact that Weiner did something that, at least in my opinion, was no big deal and certainly not illegal, took out one of our most progressive dems. And you and the rest of the chorus of self-righteousness helped them. Because of holier-than-thou hypocrites like you and all the others, we took a big hit. Talk about cutting your nose to spite your face.

But hey, it doesn't matter, I'm SURE the DLC will find a good replacement

Hmmmm.  franksolich loves the GOP with a passion rarely matched, much less surpassed.

9. One has to ask "Who took the photo, and who sent it?" Therein lies the the answer to the question "Who is responsible?"

Others jumped on the wagon, but who harnessed the horses.

11. According to some...

it looks like the tiny brain took its own photo while perhaps the big brain (and I use the term loosely) was otherwise occupied...maybe sleeping or something.

Anthony Weiner is NOT responsible.

It was his tiny Evil Twin.

10. Yeah, what's wrong with people, anyway?

Everyone KNOWS that poor Anthony Weiner was framed. FRAMED, I tell you!!!!

Coming back to reality...

He did the act. It would probably have been nothing had he only told the truth from the beginning. But he LIED. He made up a big lie about imaginary hackers.

And to make things even worse for him, it appears he wasn't well liked by a whole lot of his colleagues. Because he was an arrogant, abrasive asshole.

That's the way it is, babe. Just like anywhere else, you gather more flies with honey, etc. etc. etc.

You wanna treat your colleagues like shit? It comes back to bite you in the ass. And I'll bet that some of those colleagues he treated like shit maybe even went so far as to stand up for him in the beginning when he thought he could fool everyone with his lies.

He absolutely brought every single bit of it on himself.

Moral of the story:

If you're gonna Twitter your dick all over the place, assume you may get caught. And if caught, don't compound the stupidity with a moronic lie, then expect the people you pissed off to support you.

The End
apres moi, le deluge

Milo Yiannopoulos "It has been obvious since 2016 that Trump carries an anointing of some kind. My American friends, are you so blind to reason, and deaf to Heaven? Can he do all this, and cannot get a crown? This man is your King. Coronate him, and watch every devil shriek, and every demon howl."

The gays aren't upset because they didn't get ponies, they are just subject to general bitchiness. I know it's true and not sexist because I heard a gay person say it once.

I watch the news (Fox) a lot and spend tons of time online reading the news.  I saw very few republican politicians calling for Weiner's head.  It was the Dems that wanted him gone.

Taverner is truly a window into a demented mind.

That it has a home on the island says all there needs to be said of the place.

Pippi's comments really cracked me up.
Every time a DUmmie displays a modicum of common sense and/or decency, I am tempted to speculate on his/her true conservative identity.  Heaven knows the cold room temperature IQ level around there DOES set the bar pretty low for someone of modest intellectual capacity to SHINE.

Sneaking into a country doesn't make you an immigrant any
more than breaking into someone's house makes you part of the family.
