The White House said Wednesday that it will send a report and legal analysis to Congress outlining the mission in Libya and the administration's legal rationale for believing that President Obama is acting in accordance with the War Powers Act.

White House press secretary Jay Carney said that the more than 30-page report and analysis will be sent to Congress Wednesday afternoon.

Carney also issued a warning, saying it is "important for Congress not to send mixed signals about a goal… we all share."

Never, NEVER, keep things simple when a 30+ page report will do...

So like the commenters on this article mentioned; the king of "mixed messages" Obama decries that no mixed messages will be allowed.   And uh Mr. Carnery, what "mixed messges" are you exactly referring to?
 
And now they're calling it war; what happened to "kinetic military operations"?
 
And who are we helping in Libya?   The ones trying to overthrow Gadhafi are scumbags themselves.   What's our mission Mr. Commander in Chief?   We'd like to hear it sometime this century instead of another ubiquitous 30 gazillion page report.

I have a sneaking suspicion Congress will say NO you can't to O'balmy' s Yes I can.  All they have to do is cut the purse strings.

Well, with the support that the LSM is going to give 0bama, they'll need to be very specific and cut funding only for operations in Libya or be demagogued to death about "cutting funding for our troops"

Share?  Speak for yourself, Jay.  We're killing as many 'Innocents' as we're 'Saving,' and there is no 'War Powers Act,' it's a Congressional resolution that never actually became law.
