Why do people make fun of others' physical appearance?
Is it because they haven't grown up and still love to laugh at the fat person?

6. No need to laugh at anyone.
Although some things are funny, it is best to try and help a person learn that 'gluttony' is those that consume far more then they contribute. They take in things, but do not use that as energy to contribute to someone else. "Its a cookbook doctrine" is actually a deep inner mind connection to that form of action, the eaters of people, being the title of the book 13th warrior was based on, and the idea of taking more then you give back.
In the larger sense of the word it is those that take much from society, and give little back. Although the amount given depends on what you have to give also.
It also ties into the cow that eats and is never satisfied, since it tries to solve something with something else. Although avoid the trap in that, of someone saying you should be satisfied with anything, and run it by a view of what is just and fair also. There is a trap some fall into to accept wrongful servitude to things that take and do not care, those are things that should be helped to learn the reason to serve, as a service to them.
And I am due beer and travel money, and that will be sent.
maybe wishado will give him his beer and travel money so he will shut the hell up.
