I thought I saw Elliot flying past the full moon earlier. I used to have a page bookmarked with ISS overpass schedule on it.
Yeah, we had a pretty good pair of binoculars out there and after the ISS went by we started looking at the moon.
I wish I had known it was coming over tonight. I just sold a house for a guy who was over the ISS for a time and I could have asked him to see if he could get them to take some pictures of the lake tonight. He has sent me some really cool shots from the ISS.
I've known this guy for about 3 years but I didn't know until after we finished selling his house just how big a name he is in NASA. After the sale I ran a search on his name and all kinds of stuff came up. It's the first time I've ever been in a house that had 3 globes and not ONE of them was earth. Heh.
