Instead of allowing her to fade into obscurity like almost every other losing VP candidate, they have been obsessively following her around ever since the 2008 election. They are falling right into her trap. Personally, I do not think she plans to run for prez. She is deliberately distracting the media from focusing on other candidates and issues.
As for the emails, I do not like that they were able to obtain them. There is already a drumbeat on the right, asking, "Where are Obama's emails?" Was there a court order for Palin's emails? I do not know. If the media are able to get someone's emails at will, they will soon be able to get anyone's, including yours, mine, or the president's.
