If you were put on a witness stand and one of your MOST liberal and MOST vociferous postings from an anonymous message board was handed to you and asked if it was yours--and you knew you could lose your child if you admitted it to it--not because it was wrong or illegal--but because it was something that went against the political belief of the judge--would you "own up" to your online handle or would you deny it hoping there was no other proof?

Well misfit, this would never happen.   The attorney who presents the document would first have to ask permission of the judge to even introduce into the line of questioning.   The misfit's attorney at that time would object as it is not germane to the matter being decided. 

To fuel your daydreaming here though I will add that the judge would of course see and read the document prior to making decision on it's admittance into trial.   So if he was a political hack then damage done.

Well, what did you expect??  You all voted for Obama!!  What did you think he'd do (besides the free ponies.)  He promised to destroy coal power, increase the cost of energy, and change everything...and he's getting right on with the job.  He got passed a law that not only raises taxes in dozens of new ways, it actually gives Congress the authority to force people to buy specific products from private vendors.  And now, he even has the Dept of Education out kicking down doors, looking for people that are late paying back those student loans!!  We're half way to Nazi Germany, and he's got 2 years left...

Well, that presents a dilemma. No one here wants to offend the sensibilities of the other members of this forum. On the other hand,
if we're going to shed light on the inner workings of the DUmp, that's  sometimes almost unavoidable. In this case, DUmmy Horse with no Brain
started it by listing up nearly every sexual activity imagineable that doesn't require a partner outside one's own species, and declared her
enjoyment of each and every one. She's a female Ben Burch. If stevenumbers were a muzzie, he'd blow himself up, take Horse with no Brain, and tell the 72 virgins to take a hike.

So, when news reports surfaced that appear to indicate Horse with no Brain's proclivities have resulted in legal hot water, it seemed important to make sure anyone interested in Dump culture had a chance to evaluate them. Now, this legal issue cropped up in a seedy West Virginia motel instead of a seedy Texas trailer park, but given the record of accuracy of our news media, that may not be a disqualifier. The protagonist of this news story is a dead ringer for Horse with no Brain, given the description of her in her own DUmp thread. From the horse's mouth, so to speak.
