Curious, anybody else having pain in joints due to strange weather? Yes, my knees are arthritic and they have been feeling like jell-o, to the point of needing tylenol.

franksolich's question to nadinostradus is this: it is true that weather can affect the joints, but weather's not the only thing that can affect the joints.  How does she know it's the weather?

1. I have a pain in my back, just over my left buttock.

I thought I might have pulled a muscle at the gym. It does not change, and I can hardly walk. The doc gave me two prescriptions for it. He called them in, and does not want to see me unless it does not go away.

I, too, have an arthritic knee. But it does not hurt at all right now. Just the place in my back.

Do you live in an area that has had a lot of humidity and rain?

While there are screams of record heat in NY, there is record cold here in SoCal and the entire west coast. We are still getting nights dipping below 40F. Funny how there is never any mention of the record cold of the last three winters or of the record cold during those summers (record number of record cold days).

As we all know colder temperatures are weather but warmer temperatures are global warming.
