It is becoming increasingly likely that Barack Hussein Obama will be forced to resign the Presidency before the 2012 election.

Vice President Biden will also be obliged to resign, as will Supreme Court Justices Sotomayor and Kagan.

All Obama’s appointments and all the legislation he has signed will be null and void.

The crisis we now face is not a failure of the American experiment, but, as citizens, we have, for far too long, been silent and inattentive.

Most of the guilt lies with a permanent political class and a grossly dysfunctional press corps, who, for reasons of complicity, negligence, avarice or cowardice, have contributed to the greatest fraud in the history of the United States.

The permanent political class and the main stream media (MSM) have become a corrupt, incompetent, profligate, selfish and undemocratic American aristocracy.

Even if one considers the Obama Administration as legitimate, which it is certainly not, the results have been a disaster.

Obama and his cheerleaders in the MSM have brought our country weakness, indecision, mediocrity and ineptitude, drifting from crisis to crisis, bankrupting our country, while eroding our national will and confidence.

If only...

Better to just defeat him at the ballot box. There are people working on this but if Hillary's people couldn't find it I'm not sure anyone can.

Hi,

A recent Dick Morris poll showed that well over 90% of the black population still support Obama and feel that any effort to remove him is racial.  You can be sure that all hell would break lose if they tried to force him to resign.

Once he loses the election to Cain, I would LOVE to see the investigation on him. I "think" he's a natural born citizen, but I want to see what turns up. I'd love to see his records, all of'em.

Journalism, at least honest journalism, is dead. Why no one in the MSM pursues this is shameful. I hope that the researchers keep digging and force this out into the open. Look at how Weiner was trying to slander Breitbart for simply telling the truth. Maybe stuff will finally come out.

If he isnt a natural born citizen how did he get a passport? And why did none of the other 2008 candidates figure this out and capitalize on it? Why didnt the CIA figure it out? Im sure they have detailed files on anyone whos ever come close to the presidency.

Naturalized citizens get passports too.  And when the other candidates in 2008 started looking into his records, they hit a wall made up of lawyers and charges of racism.  Not real good campaigning to be accused of racism, so they dropped it.

I'm sympathetic to that argument, not because of Odorama, but as a matter of US sovereignty. I know the left doesn't consider that to be valid point in any argument but still...

The debate/distinction is citizen vs natural-born citizen.

The founders had no intention of allowing the vaginal off-falling of foreigners to be chief executive.

And as the authors of the 14th A were well aware of Art II they could have had it mimic Art II's language but obviously they didn't. Even Art II draws the distinction between natural born citizen vs citizen:

Well thats the way the law was written. By your logic a black person with all black ancestors and relatives isnt a citizen because theyre the children of African citizens and not American citizens.

Im not pulling the race card Im just pointing out the logical fallacies in his argument.

Once upoun a time there was a little thing called slavery which involved bringing lots of non-US citizens in to our country. Now all of their descendents are US citizens thanks to the 14th amendment. Do you now see why my argument is relative?

The emancipated were granted citizenship but like naturalized citizens it was not the same as natural born citizenship.

However, any of their descendents would be natural born citizens.

natural born citizen = 2 citizen parents

A pair of foreign tourists cannot come here, have a child and that child grow-up to be president merely because it plopped-out on to US soil. However, that child could marry a US citizen and their child(ren) would be considered natural born.
