Wisconsin: Kloppenburg Concedes Supreme Court Election

http://www.jsonline.com/news/wisconsin/122872838.html

<snip>

Assistant Attorney General JoAnne Kloppenburg said Tuesday that she was conceding the Supreme Court race to Justice David Prosser, ending what had been a contentious campaign that culminated in a rare statewide recount.

Kloppenburg made the concession at a Madison news conference just over a week after the state's Government
Accountability Board reported that final count numbers showed Prosser with 7,006 more votes.

She said she had run a campaign that was respectful, honest and fair.

Her decision to concede is expected to pave the way for Prosser to begin a new, 10-year term on Aug. 1.

2. Very, very poor decision by Kloppenburg

Hopefully several lawsuits will be filed against the entire Wisconsin government to prevent Prosser from being re-sworn until the matter of the ****up is RESOLVED.

3. Lawsuits need to be filed in Waukesha County.

But is that possible, or feasible?

I have followed this closely, but their election laws are not the same as in my state.

5. Anything's possible as long as they've got BALLS.

Kloppenburg apparently lack the balls to fight this.

The recall will have to be successful in order to end Walker's directives.
DUmmie might not know Kloopenburg is a woman.

7. This isn't what Wisconsin wants

But thanks to the GOP, it'll be what Wisconsin gets.
If Prosser got more votes than Kloppenburg doesn't that mean that is what WI wants?

She may have ran that sort of campaign, but the unions tried to run a smear campaign against Prosser.

It's their typical MO, act semi-normal for the official campaign but then use all the union $, 'Impartial' media, and Lib PACs/SIGs/PIRGs/ORGs to do the dirtiest hatchet jobs possible.

Bullshit. There is not or ever been a member of the democrat party that followed these directives in any campaign. democrats have the moral make-up of a snake.
Come to think of it, unions do create jobs. Companies have to hire two workers to do the work of one.

From my new favorite blogger:

Goodbye, Joanne

Joanne Kloppenburg announced she would not challenge the results of the recount of her defeat in the April election for a seat on the Wisconsin Supreme Court in the courts.  Here is the significance her decision: none.

The recount was an insignificant event, and she is an insignificant person - an empty vessel with a shiny surface that reflected the unionists’ hatred for Governor Scott Walker back to them.  That was the glow; there never was anything more to it.

The Kloppenburg saga captures perfectly the essence of what so many of us find most objectionable about the state of affairs of our politics these days: insignificant people we don’t care about get in our face and stay there 24/7.  Should we be grateful to Ms. Kloppenburg that the beatings have stopped?  Sure. Thanks. Bye.

She even lost the dead vote.
