Oklahoma Teens Set Selves, Each Other On Fire

DEL CITY, Oklahoma -- Oklahoma teens are taking part in a disturbing trend… they are setting themselves and their friends on fire.

Dozens of YouTube videos document the fad. Teens are spraying their skin with highly flammable body spray, then lighting it on fire. Some use the spray to make fireballs and throw it at each other.

A source tells News 9, a Shawnee 8th grader tried the trick with disastrous results. The girl received third degree burns and has been out of school for several weeks. Teachers and school counselors are aware kids are trying this at home.

This trend is not just happening in Shawnee. A group of teens in Del City, say they have tried it before. Nat Palmer did it out of curiosity,

Seriously though, when I was a teen we knew enough that if we lit ourselves on fire it wouldn't end well. Although it was tempting on some nasty -30 winter mornings.

Having my back burned badly when I was a kid, I would advise against this stupidly. Burns are extremely painfull.

HMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM I had to have been somewhere in my 30's when I first heard about not just kids but adult males that were into lighting farts on fire.

We woman were a bit confused on why this was going on in the world of men that we did not understand.

Why were men so amused with a body function that everyone has from time to time, why did our male children get off on arm pit farts and making fart ficutulator toys ?????

You can be sure no female ever came up with these stunts, some may now follow the men but it was not OUR IDEA.

I saw this dude light his farts on fire several years ago.  First time I ever met him.  To this day he is one of my best friends.   :lmao:
