You are talking about a guy who thinks committee meetings, break out sessions, impact studies, fact finding commissions and other circle jerking are part the "building" process. In his mind it is 95% done and the actual construction part is all that is left on his Gant chart of the project.

You forgot the cost overruns being part of Barry's circle jerking.

We should have been using cheap Mexican labor to build it from their side.  When Obama said it is basically complete, he meant that it is done as far as he is going to be let be built.  He should have said it was almost finished, except for the tunnels the DhimmiRats are building under it.

I just caught Obutthead's smartass 'moat' comment; thought to myself he'd be the first one I'd throw in, and turned the tv off.
