Executions to resume after ruling
« on: April 16, 2008, 09:30:57 PM »

AUSTIN, TX - The U.S. Supreme Court decision upholding lethal injection sent a shudder through death row Wednesday, and prosecutors and governors around the country said they would move forward with carrying out death sentences as quickly as the courts can set execution dates. "It's just terrible," said Paris Powell, a convicted killer at the Oklahoma State Prison in McAlester.

I would say it sent more of a jolt, then a shudder.

"It's just terrible". Oh my. I'm sure the victim's family feels the same way. Asshat.  :censored:
I can see November 2 from my house!!!

Forget change, bring back common sense.

No, my friends, there’s only one really progressive idea. And that is the idea of legally limiting the power of the government. That one genuinely liberal, genuinely progressive idea — the Why in 1776, the How in 1787 — is what needs to be conserved. We need to conserve that fundamentally liberal idea. That is why we are conservatives. --Bill Whittle

Well spank my butt and call me Sally!

Is it just me or have there been a slew of common sense rulings lately?

Of course they have a lot of ground to make up for Kelo and upholding McCane/Fienfag.
