So, I will respect Herman Cain a lot more if he approaches this election the way say Colin Powell would approach the election. Colin Powell is a Republican and he wouldn’t agree with President Obama on a lot of issues, but he would advocate from a position of love and respect for his constituency, as opposed to simply trying to bash away at another black man and to gain points by being a racist with a black face. 

Watkins also told Sharpton that the present level of black unemployment (17 percent) constitutes a "depression." Or as he wrote, "The grave concern with the “stop snitching on Obama” argument is that it tells black Americans that they are politically irrelevant and must rely solely on self-sufficiency to solve their problems, instead of asking the federal government to reinvest their tax dollars to help alleviate the crises that are affecting them."

Bonus wackiness: Professor Watkins complaining that when Pittsburgh Steelers running back Rashard Mendenhall was dropped by Champion athletic products for 9/11 trutherism, he was "not crazy " and "being punished for thinking too much."

Seems to me Al and the rest of the slaves on the plantation, would prefer other black people to stay on entitlements and not do what they can to, not only better themselves, but become productive members of society.

If Al Sharpton and this other goon aren't the epitome of the true definition of "House Negro", I don't know what is. He has it made, but damn you, you better stay out in those fields and keep supporting "Massa".

Not far from the truth as Sharpton, and all these other race pimps with PhDs in f'n "African American Studies" would be out of work if people wised the **** up and realized that if they're not succeeding, it's not the fault of "whitey", but something they need to look at within themselves.

....and Al Sharpton, et al, have ZERO marketable skills, other than the ones propped up by a victimhood mentality, which we'll just call a Democrat-created industry that produces nothing.

No doubt if Cain's the GOP's nominee, we can look forward to racism from the left that would make the KKK blush. I still remember the "Aunt Jemima" references by a white lefty toward Condi Rice. And the other examples are legion.

Gosh, who knew there was only one way to be black? Well, I guess I know what makes me a racist and it only took 50 years...I'm under the mistaken notion that color only really matters when you're picking out foundation!

Anyone the Democrats try to slander with a racism label this early must scare the shit out of them and would be a good bet for us.  Unless the person is an actual skinhead or something of the sort, of course, but that's pretty ridiculous in Cain's case.
