I think that the original article that I learned of this drug was about some young woman in Ada, OK that was hospitalized for ingesting it. Apparently her drink was tampered with and the drug put in it. (So she says.) This was from KTEN, locally.
And here we are today all so worried about a frigging weed that grows every where and people smoke or put in cookies.----So far I have never heard about anyone going into the hospital for smoking UN- adulaterated pot.
These chemicals are killers, we incarcerate people for the same length of time for selling a natural grown plant, as we do for manufacturing deadly cocktails of man made stuff, Drano and Ant Poison.
Cocaine and Herion are all man made in some form, so is Beer and Wiskey , Vodka plants do not grow by the side of the road.
Those that make these deadly high addicting drugs in the kitchen sink, in back yard sheds, out of the back or cars and motel rooms are in fact committing reckless manslaughter. ----Much like the Moonshiners of the past that concocted a brew that caused the drinker to go blind or insane.
We need to focus on the manufacture of these date rape drugs, Crack, PCP and Angle Dust. these so called bath salts or what ever they are sold for.
If society is moving forward to Pot and leaving man made drugs behind, so be it, time marches on.
Th EVIL of the man made drugs is so intense and corrupting, that it puts a big distance between a beer drinker or a pot smoker.
To make Pot legal is to shut down the Mexican Cartells, to put a stop to the Mobs, as was done when we repealed Probation and took the Mobs out of the liqueur business and all the smuggling and corruption it brought.
At my age I am beginning to wonder if we are not repeating history--- The Politions most against repealing Probation were the very ones that made millions on smuggling.
Today when I hear a polition, police chief or minister of the cloth rail against making pot legal, I have to wonder----Whats in it for you, is this a financial problem for you?????
