The sad thing is, the DUmmies know Bush could have realistically done nothing to prevent 9/11/01.  Yet they criticize him for it anyway.  Clinton maybe could have done something by very quitely killing Bin Laden, but that would have distracted him from getting his Monica.

Mr "Hamburger Hill" had to make up the part about being safe for 7 years in order to deliver the punch line. I've never heard anyone use that argument.
