Oh Johnny this opens the door to us senior citizens to make a bundle of cash, non taxable, we seniors should be headed for the border by the thousands.
We get a land owner to provide water, sewage and electricity to a 1/4 acre of land plot and start a retirement village. Gated comunity at that, volunteers pose as security, cost to live there $400.00 a month, per family.
No one under the age of 60 allowed even for a visit. If family comes a calling then they have to stay in town and not allowed on the property at any time. To make things even better the comunity can claim to be a Church of the Spaghetti Monster and the land owner pays no taxes.
In come 600 senior citizens to place their travel trailers on the small plots of land, build lean to's and the land owner gets in rent, $240,000 a month. Help, someone check my math on this, calculate went down.
This now new built church area becomes sanctuary for the lost and alone. The lean to's are used to shelter the illegals and the cost to spend a night with a free meal is $10.00 a person that goes to the person who owns the lean to.. Those who are drug runners the cost is $500.00 a night.
Naturally the police will know all about this but not want to invade a religious compound filled with 60+ year old folks. Imagine going in guns drawn to face old folk in wheel chairs and in their 80's.
So what do these old timers do with their ill gotten booty,---- send grand kids to college, help out on medical care for family, perhaps give a good start to a family member that has become unemployed.
These old timers especially ex-military men will have the finesse to make this work, as long as the people under 60 are kept out, and everyone vetted to the max before moving in.
This can be done very easily, just takes a few seniors to get together and either buy land no one wants or rent land.
This takes management, people that know their stuff and to keep out the young stuff--Police or informers and this is a go for them.
When it comes to old age one has to beat the youngsters at their own game. Once you are way up there in age and look at your family that has needs you cannot help with, a #SS check for $600.00 bucks a month after 40 years of work, an opportunity like this comes along like this once in a life time.
This is said from an old lady that that has ancestors that were Pirates, Gypsies and Thieves, Booze smugglers and those that fought in the revolution, not for the good of the country but to be able to sit at night and enjoy a cup O tea.
